Some nearby attractions

Check out the link to Robe Canyon Historic Park.  This is right across the Mountain Loop Highway from us.  Some of the neatest "old west" sites can be found there Including this old railroad tunnel.  You can see this photo and learn more about the park at their website.
 
There are so many trails and hikes and lakes and waterfalls and streams and… well you get the idea!  See the second picture of a summer day at Lake Kelcema…The water is warm and inviting and its a 10 minute easy hike in from the upper parking lot.  Or, you can hike the 4 mile road and stop off at the many vista points along the way.
