Steady and Holding

Our foundation has been poured, and it has been curing for 2 weeks.

The grass in the main pasture area has been laid, and we are seeing some green haze transforming the brown dirt.

Our logo is in the final stages of its design.

And we are holding…

It seems that when you start the ball rolling on such a large project, you establish some momentum and things start to happen.  Alas, sometimes in the midst of progress, comes a "limbo" period.  Nothing really to report, things are moving along steadily, and we really can’t move on to the next task until some things fall into place.

Foundation is ready:  subfloor lumber delivery is on its way, temporary utility pole in the works…then comes the log stacking.  Gotta get rolling…windows get delivered at the end of June, that’s only a week away really.

Grass planted:  It’s a waiting game now for fencing…can’t do that until that grass is growing a bit more.

Logo: This has been a bit of a drawn out process.  Hopefully, we should see some results within a week.

Yup, it’s tough to keep a project like this on track.  But, with the approach of summer, hopefully we will see the pace pick up.
